Terms & Conditions of Purchase

General

These terms and conditions set out the basis on which you can use our website and place orders for items from Chunky Frog Design Wear. By ordering goods from Chunky Frog Design Wear you are deemed to have understood and accepted these terms. The supplier of the goods featured is Chunky Frog Design Wear, a trading name of Chunky Frog (also referred in this document as "we", or "us").

You may contact us by email to info@chunkyfrog-designwear.co.uk or phone us on (TBC). Telephone calls to and from Chunky Frog Design Wear may be recorded or monitored as part of our efforts to further improve service to our customers.

We may contact you for marketing purposes by mail, telephone, email or otherwise.

Orders

A contract is formed between Chunky Frog and you when we despatch the goods you have ordered. Until the goods are despatched, the order may be cancelled. For a list of exceptions please see Returns below.

Prices

The prices quoted are those ruling at the time of production. Due to circumstances beyond our control, prices may have to be altered up or down.

Delivery Charges

Our delivery charge to mainland UK is just £5. Upon purchase this is a non-refundable fee.

For delivery outside the UK, other than to BFPO addresses, please see the terms and conditions specific to the country in which you are resident.

Returns

You may return any item free of charge within 10 days of receipt, in a new and unused condition. If you return items after this time we may refund only the current or last selling price of the item to your Chunky Frog Account. Returned items which are not in new or unused condition or which are returned after the approval period may not be credited to your account unless they are faulty. If you return the whole order we will not refund the delivery charge of £5.00 as this part of our service to you has been completed.

Complaints

Chunky Frog welcomes and learns from complaints. We aim to deal with complaints speedily and sympathetically. All complaints are logged, investigated and replied to. Should you wish to register a compliment or a complaint then please call (TBC) or email info@chunkyfrog-designwear.co.uk.

Measurements

Please check your measurements using our measuring guides to ensure that the correct sizes are ordered. All products are to fit the measurements you have provided and are made to order and orders cannot therefore be cancelled or altered once the order has been placed.

Delivery

The garments ordered are currently being produced at our warehouse in Turkey. We will email you when your products are despatched. Delivery is by courier at a cost of £5.00 per order. Delivery is usually during business hours. For certain areas such as Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands and Islands, Isle of Man and the Channel Islands, delivery will take an extra day. Delivery times cannot be guaranteed.

Availability

All products are subject to availability. Availability is usually advised when placing an order but if this is not possible we will advise of any delay as soon as possible.

Product Range Revisions

The Company continually seeks to improve its products and reserves the right to alter, delete or add any item, colour, size, finish, component or service from its range without prior notice. Every effort will be made to match the Goods with goods provided under previous order(s) but the Company is unable to give any guarantee that the colour size finish or component will match.

Force Majeure

The Company shall not be liable to the Customer under the Contract in any way whatsoever for destruction, damage, delay or inability to carry out its business arising out of war or civil commotion, strikes, lockout and industrial disputes, failure of utility service or transport network, fire, storm, explosion, floods or bad weather, breakdown of machinery or plant, malicious damage, compliance with any law governmental order rule direction or regulation or any act of God or default of suppliers or sub-contractors. The Company shall further be under no liability to the Customer for any circumstances beyond the Company's control.

Assignment

The Company may assign the Contract or any part of it to any person, firm or company.

Communications

All communications between the parties shall be in writing and delivered via electronic communication ("email"). Communications shall be deemed to have been received if sent by email on a working day prior to 4.00 pm, at the time of transmission and otherwise on the Chunky Frog working day.

Colours, shapes and sizes

The colour of goods may vary slightly from that shown on the website due to limitations of browser software and monitors.
